Consultation costs
The first consultation : CA$ 225
The first appointment is 90 minutes long and involves us discussing your health concerns, past medical history, family health history, lifestyle, nutrition, blood work and any other medical reports. This is followed by a personalised wellness plan and a 15 minute follow up call to discuss the plan. You will receive personalised herbal medicine in the form of tinctures, teas, creams, oils as required.
You are invited to email in quick questions if you need clarification regarding your wellness plan instead of waiting for the follow-up appointment.
Consultation costs do not include the cost of the herbs.
The follow-up consultation : CA$ 125
The follow-up appointment is booked at 6 weeks. The appointment is 45 minutes long and includes a review of any changes to your health and medical reports. The wellness plan is revised after the appointment as required.
Further follow-ups may be booked as required. We expect to see positive changes by the first follow up appointment.
Registering as a client : CA$ 40
A short consultation to determine any major health issues or any conventional medication you may be using. Once registered, it will qualify us to offer you our gentle remedies for minor ailments like winter ailments. We offer to use the registration fee towards a First Consultation at any time in the future.
There are however limits to how much you can be helped in this informal setting. Just as you might need to see your doctor rather than the pharmacist, you may find that consulting the medical herbalist fully will provide help and insights not possible without spending time with you.
Cost of Herbs
Medicinal Tea
Your personalised herb tea could cost around CA$ 75 per month (300g). Herb teas are generally the least expensive way to take herbal medicine.
Tinctures
Herb tinctures are convenient and easy to use, and are the most popular way of taking herbs. A typical monthly prescription of tinctures for an adult costs CA$ 125 (500ml) and a lot less for children.
Our herbal medicines are great quality and very strong using plants in which the active constituents have not degraded. Like with everything, cheap herbs are often cheaper because of their poor quality.
Supplements
You may order your supplements from our fullscript account.
Our aim is to help you back to health, so that you will be able to stop the herbal medicines at some point.

Insurance
Please note our services are not covered by all extended care medical plans. We will provide invoices and you may submit a claim to insurance.
Cancellation Policy
We limit the number of clients we accept each week to hold space for our clients and provide a standard of care we are happy with. We prepare for your appointment before the scheduled time. Thus, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or you may be billed for the appointment.
